In many situations, particularly in research and development activities, it is uncommon for an individual to produce a product solely. Instead, we are frequently challenged to work in close collaboration within our teams and with other teams, both internal and external to INESC TEC.
Given the critical importance of effective collaboration, and to further enhance our collaboration practices, HumanISE is pleased to announce the organisation of two editions of a half-day eXtreme Collaboration Workshop.
These workshops will be held next Monday and Tuesday, from 14:00 to 18:00, and will be facilitated by Ola Ellnestam and Peter Balkeståhl from agical.se. The workshop will include an open in-person discussion with participants to share experiences.
